WHY PRABOWO SUBIANTO?

This is my honest and humble opinion. Mr. Prabowo is a most decent candidate for Indonesian next presidency. WHY?

First, he was born rich. For people like him, normally and theoritically, they tend to have a diminishing propensity to accumulate wealth, while in power. Obviously, he has that tendency. In his military career, people have never seen him in that direction.

Secondly, one of his uncle, at least, was a hero, one of "the Pahlawan Seribu" who perished in a daring fight against the Dutch in Tangerang, beside his father was also a notable economist that Indonesia have ever had. Corollarily, he inherited a strong heroic and intelectual blood. I understand from my friend, also from Akabri, Mr. Prabowo speaks four or five foreign languages; of course, beside javanese language.
Thirdly, in his military career, Mr. Prabowo was a truely combat soldier, and he strongly and tightly holds the "Sapta Marga" Codes. This, together with his inherited heroic blood, he must have a very strong nationalism, who will defend his country, his people, the country's natural resources and, in short, his home land - inside out with no compromises whatsoever.

Fourthly, despite being an ex "commando", Mr. Prabowo has always shown being a natural humanist as we have seen in his tours. Not only that, my friend told me, that one day, while he was still in charge as The DanJen, Mr. Prabowo was quite angry when some of his troop came late for a ceremony. Those who being late reported to him that they came late because they didnot have watches. What Mr Prabowo did after that was that he bought a lot of watches and distributed them to his troop. I also learnt from my friend, that Mr. Prabowo often bought military equipments when needed using his own money.

Fifthly, after he has left his military career, Mr. Prabowo has been engaged in, at least, some social activities, and communicating well with people in all walks of life, including students and the minorities.

Indonesia is in a dire need for a strong, firm, and honest leader, who can put the country's interest on top of everything else, of course having no tendency to corrupt, and can sustain any pressures from both, domestic and international environments. With the above points, I strongly believe, Mr. Prabowo is the one.

So, friends, all facebookers, let's support him, and give him a chance to dedicate himself to the only interest of our country, our people, and our future.
